SQA INC., USA Completes Successful Quality Audit at Saife Vetmed Pvt Ltd's Manufacturing Unit on behalf of Arm and hammer A comprehensive quality system audit was successfully concluded at Saife Vetmed Pvt Ltd's manufacturing unit in Selaqui, Dehradun. The audit was conducted on March 11-12, 2024, by SQA, Inc., a leading global pioneer in quality management services and supervised by Sundar Rajan, Senior Quality Associate. The primary focus of the audit was to assess Saife Vetmed's compliance with Arm & Hammer's supplier management program and relevant industry standards, including ISO 9001 and FAMI-QS. The thorough examination scrutinized the company's quality management system, contractual obligations with Arm & Hammer USA, and adherence to policies governing the manufacture and supply of Animal Nutrition Co-Packing. The audit agenda, structured around the ISO 9001:2015 international standard, providing a strong framework for evaluating Saife Vetmed's operational practices and adherence to the highest quality standards. This successful audit reaffirms Saife Vetmed's commitment in maintaining excellence in their manufacturing processes and upholding the firm quality requirements set by Arm & Hammer USA. Basically, the audit is also to assure product quality and supply, distribution in specific countries along with latest agreement of distribution in Africa.

Opticon Hygiene, a Swiss company specialized in biosecurity solutions for the poultry industry, has entered into a strategic partnership with Anpario Plc, a UK-based manufacturer and distributor of natural animal feed additives. The partnership aims to market Anpario's products, especially its flagship product Orego-Stim, in selected African countries, with marketing activities undertaken by Opticon's subsidiary, Saife Vetmed Pvt. Ltd., India. This collaboration aims to meet the increasing demand for advanced hygiene solutions and animal health products in the region. The partnership between Opticon Hygiene, Anpario, and Saife Vetmed is expected to bring significant benefits to African poultry farmers, who will have access to high-quality products and solutions that enhance the health, safety, and productivity of their birds. Saife Vetmed India participated in the Nepal-India Poultry International Expo, held from May 31 to June 2, 2024. At the event, Saife Vetmed showcased its expertise in manufacturing, quality control, research, and its global network. At the event, Saife presented its flagship products, Oregostim and Mentofin, along with the chick care product Early 3 Cs, providing a comprehensive approach to poultry operations. Additionally, the company highlighted its biosecurity program, developed in collaboration with Stockmeier Chemie, Germany, and ICA, South Africa. This program includes staff training in cleaning, disinfection, and microbial load monitoring of poultry farms, ensuring the optimal health and safety of the birds. Representing Team Saife at the expo were Director of Customer Care, Mr. Rahul Brar, and Deputy Manager of Exports, Ms. Nishi Singh.
